The Blast, based on a 1947 pulp-science fiction novel, opened at the old synagogue in the Westbeth Artist Building. It's directed by and developed with Lilleth Glimcher, produced by Amanda+James and You Are Here, and features performers Tobi Aremu, Mark Mauriello, Georgina Parfitt, Rad Pereira, Ita Segev, and Jen Tchiakpe. It runs through Friday, May 19.
